The Chillida collection pays tribute to Basque sculptor and artist Eduardo Chillida (1924-2002). Gravitación Tinta 1996 is based on Chillida's 1996 Gravitación Tinta collage. It translates the tension between overlapping paper fragments into varying fibre heights, capturing the interplay of light and shadow. Crafted in virgin wool and Afghan wool with hand-tufted technique.
