Theca

The allure of an industrial production, in a bespoke interpretation for the home or office:this is Theca. The sideboard body is in black or natural anodized aluminum plate, the latest in technological materials, while the shelves are in solid natural cherry, natural walnut or black stained ash, or in MDF veneer in the same choice of woods. Along with Magis, the two designers have for some time been exploring the functional and expressive possibilities offered by metal stamping, combined with the traditional warmth of wood. Theca is the next logical step in this process. This type of cabinet also has deeply planted roots:it takes us through the history of furniture, from the 18th century to Scandinavian design, but is perfectly in tune with the contemporary home. The CA comes in two heights and two different widths to meet every space and storage need.

Materials: frame (sides, rear and sliding doors) in anodised aluminum sheet (natural or black finish). Top in MDF veneered in cherry wood (natural finish), walnut (natural finish) or black stained ash.
